The key features of the Integra make it our most versatile product line offered at BEVCO. The Integra can be customized for the following work environments: Standard, ESD, Cleanroom (ISO 4-7), and ESD/Cleanroom (ISO 4-7).

ALL models include:

• Heavy-duty construction that contributes to years of long-lasting enjoyment
• Fully adjustable contoured back with added lumbar support that encourages proper spinal alignment

• Fabric upholstery meets CAL 117 and NFPA 260A/UFAC Class 1 standards
• Vinyl upholstery is anti-fungal and anti-bacterial meeting ASTM G21 and AATCC TM147 standards offering a cleaner and safer product
• Vinyl upholstery also meets CAL 117, FMVSS 302 and NFPA 260 standards
• A sturdy 5-legged base that ensures stability at any height range
• A high performance adjustable 20″ chrome flat footring is standard on mid and tall height models

ESD models

• Electrostatic Dissipative (ESD) or Static Control Chair models meet ANSI/ESD STM12.1 – 2019 standards providing fully grounded peace of mind
• ESD fabric and ESD vinyl have static dissipative properties ensuring appropriate static dissipation
• Fully adjustable contoured back that has a durable scuff resistant ESD polypropylene back shell
• Sturdy 5-legged base is complete with conductive components and brass drag chain
• A high-performance adjustable ESD 20″ chrome flat footring on mid and tall height ranges

Cleanroom models

• Cleanroom models are designed to meet the particulate goals of ISO14644-1
• A unique filtration system traps particles for contamination-free comfort and has been tested by an independent laboratory to certify ISO 4, ISO 5, ISO 6 & ISO 7 compliance for corresponding models
• Only available in vinyl upholstery to maintain a stable work environment

ESD/Cleanroom models

• These models combine the static-dissipative features of our ESD chairs with the stringent manufacturing process of our cleanroom chairs delivering a combination ESD/Cleanroom seating solution for highly technical environments
• Only available in vinyl upholstery to maintain a stable work environment

Chair maintenance is important.  Follow the below steps to increase the longevity of your BEVCO product:

🗸  Regularly clean your chair – vacuum fabric, wipe down vinyl and polyurethane with a mild detergent weekly (For more details, reference Care Instructions in the Downloads tab).

🗸  Check that all bolts, screws and knobs are securely tightened every six months or as needed.

🗸  Clean casters (if applicable) by vacuuming or using compressed air to remove any accumulated dust, debris or hair.  Add silicone lubricant if needed.

🗸  Immediately remove chair from service if any damage or failure is found and contact Bevco Customer Service at 800-864-2991 or email warranty@bevco.com
